- Quoted rates & occupancy are as per rate schedule
- Weekly rates are 10% off daily rate, monthly rates
are 15% off daily rates.
- Rates may be subject to surcharge on holidays and
special events
- One day deposit + tax required to guarantee
reservations
- We guarantee room type, not room #
- Kitchens consist of Microwaves and Refrigerators (no
cooking or eating utensils provided)
- Personal checks accepted for advance deposits only
- Entire unpaid balance due upon arrival
- 3 day notice of cancellation, for refund of deposit
- All facilities are for exclusive use of registered
guests only
- One parking spot per room
No pets allowed on premises at any time
